For over 20 years we have been producing a versatile product. Some customers have been using our mix since day 1.

• At County Fairs, Special Events In California, Washington, Arizona ...
• The Old West Bakery in beautiful downtown PISMO BEACH, California on 681 Dolliver - 805-773-1428 and it is open every day.
• And at the factory on 680 Farroll Road In Grover Beach, California. It Is over 7000 square feet where we produce this wonderful mix.

What kind of mixes do we offer?

• The Old West Mix which is a grain mixture containing unbleached flour from hard wheat, soy, wheat germ.
• The Whole Wheat Mix which contains a wonderful whole wheat flour.

What can you make with our mixes?

Both mixes make the best Cinnamon Rolls, but also coffee cakes, breads, dinner rolls, Portuguese fry bread, stuffing , pizza crust, bread bowls, hamburger buns, well, anything else that you would use a yeast bread.

Are they healthy?

Yes! There are no preservatives, coloring, or eggs, It is low In cholesterol.

What do you have to do?

It is simple - JUST ADD WATER TO THE MIX!

Can you use it in a bread machine?

Of course! Add 1 cup of very warm water, 3 cups of mix, 1 1/2 teaspoon of active dry yeast and push the button.
