Beach Cycle Rentals is located next to the PIER in the heart of beautiful downtown Pismo Beach. We are open seven days a week from 9am until dusk. Beach Cycle Rentals is the Central Coast of California's home of the now famous "Banana Bikes".
On a "banana bike" you can ride and enjoy miles of unspoiled beach, visit Dinosaur Caves less than a quarter mile north of our location or just have hours of fun at the water's edge. If you are coming to Pismo Beach for a special occasion, special rates apply for six (6) or more "banana bike" rentals.
Additional rental equipment includes: Wet Suits, Boogie Boards, Surf Boards, Fins, Tandem Bicycles, Beach Cruiser Bicycles, and the ever popular surrey.
We make your day more enjoyable with additional rental supplies which include: Beach Chairs, umbrellas, folding picnic tables, baby strollers and a little red wagon. Soft drinks, fresh sandwiches, snacks and candy are also available.
FREE, compliments of the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce, is the newly introduced "Sand Wheelchair". If you are visiting our wonderful community with physically challenged or elderly family members, please take them to the water's edge with our compliments. This new addition to our community has received accolades from all that have enjoyed the new freedom it provides.
SPECIAL EVENTS: (June through September, some restrictions may apply) "Banana Bike" Birthday Parties! Bring 6 or more children, teens or adults to Pismo Beach for a birthday party and the birthday boy or girl rides for FREE! Everyone else receives a discount. After your party, bring everyone to the beach to cap off a great day.
Church Youth Groups: Perfect attendance awards or just a day at the beach. 6 or more receive special rates on "Banana Bikes". Rent any other item for 3 hours and get 2 additional hours for FREE. Call for details.
Jazzercise, Aerobic Classes and Health Clubs: Take a day off and enjoy the serenity of the beach. "Banana Bikes" are the perfect workout for the legs, buttocks, respiration and your cardiovascular. 6 or more, everyone gets a discount.
